"Easy parking near to the hotel"

"The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were helpful. Parking was in front of the hotel, off the main street. The village had a few shops and a large town nearby. The hotel has a river at the bottom of the grounds which was lovely to sit near."

"Lovely period gastopub right on the river Lugg. Lovely light and fresh accommodation. Food all delicious with a great selection. Their eco wellness spa facilities was a real treat to hire as well, a gorgeous spot to relax in. My wife loved her massage with Charlene as well. Definitely recommend"

"Just spent the evening with Edward and his family at this historic property. We had a fabulous experience throughout our stay. The room was large, clean with fabulous views. The bathroom was sumptuous with a wonderful curved bath and shower. Edward our host could not do enough for us. This is his family home, and we enjoyed a tour of the house and to hear about its history. My partner and I would highly recommend you stay. "

"The local church is lovely and worth a visit. Good walks on Offa's Dyke's path. The property would suit a book fanatic as the place is full of expensive first edition copies and cobwebs! Barking dogs at night from a nearby property kept us awake. Otherwise ok. "

Excellent and well maintained facilities with the highlights being a tennis court and an indoor swimming pool! Beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by fields and countryside. "We had a great stay here for a few nights with the family over Easter. The barn is lovely and well equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed including a big multi-oven cooker which made cooking for 6 people with varied dietary requirements very straightforward. The garden is lovely and we were lucky enough to catch some of the trees in full blossom. We enjoyed some superb walking and there was plenty of information provided to help us find paths that didn’t show up on my internet...
