"We stayed at the property for 2 nights. We stayed on the second floor. We got excited at first because the room was pretty nice, the furniture and the bathroom were brand new. However, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We called the front desk and the housekeeping, and they didn't do anything. So we had the same towels for 2 nights. The restaurant was booked for parties on both nights, so we couldn't use it. The worst part was the second night of our stay. The party and the music...

"Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Service is good although we had a slight scare when they couldnt find our medicine in their refrigerator, but all turned out well. "

"The rooms are clean and comfortable. But communication is poor. I booked a room through Expedia and selected a room with photos of a king bed and pullout couch. When I arrived, I was told that my room only had the king bed and was asked if I wanted to upgrade. I asked to change to a room with either 2 queens or a king with a pullout couch. Then they told me they were at capacity and had no other rooms, but they could make the change if I came back the next day. This same conversation happened...

"We liked the hotel but it is a little different from what we are used to. A little industrial verses warm and cozy. Staff were great and continental breakfast was typical items and good. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. My issue is the bathroom. No counter space or cabinets to put anything on and my biggest issue was the water pressure. It wasn’t good. Overall it was a good stay but not necessarily one we would go back to. "

"The place was spacious, clean, quiet , and conveniently located, near to supermarkets and public transport. We stay for Boston marathon 5 nigths so price was much higher than normal, this means that even it was a good place to stay , it was very expensive. We were 2 persons but it only has 1 chair, no sofa or any other place to sit. This was my only issue."

"This is an okay budget option. I was thinking charming vintage aesthetic. I love a good, creaky Victorian! But it is more dingy thrift store aesthetic. Bad 80s decor applied to a Victorian and narrow spaces. I could hear strangers’ every word and breathing at night in adjoining rooms (through locked connecting doors)."

"Hervorragende Lage zur Straßenbahn und nicht weit zum Fenway Park. Das Bad zu Zimmer 7 lag auf der anderen Seite des Flurs. Zimmer 7 liegt an der Straße. Dort fährt die Straßenbahn vorbei. Das Fenster war mit Tape „abgedichtet“ und enthielt ein fingerdickes Loch. Mit anderen Worten: ohne sehr gute Ohrenstöpsel hätte ich kaum geschlafen."

"The best thing about this hotel is its location and its breakfast. It is right in the middle of Brighton and 5 minutes or less from the B Green Line and 10 minutes from the C Green Line. The neighborhood has some cute diners, restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast is decent, with waffles and eggwichs, fruit, yogurt, cereal and plenty of coffee and tea. The free cookies are a big hit. Housekeeping is available only on request, and the request has to be made by 12 noon. The rooms...

"This place is awesome. Reminds me of the old inns in Cape May, NJ. I checked in on an unusually warm day in Boston and the staff offered me a cooler room on a lower floor. So kind! The bed was comfy, the shower was hot with good water pressure, and it was quiet. Great, walkable neighborhood as well! I’d definitely stay here again."
