When we asked housekeeping to change the bedding, we came back to the room to find they had just dropped off clean (dry) bedding but hadn't bothered to change the old bedding to the new (so we had to make the bed). Separately, another day, housekeeping came to do a regular clean up of the room but didn't make the bed. Other than that,...

"This was a great location to stay in Boston! We stayed here on our trip to see the Red Sox play. It was a 10 min drive (we ubered) to and from the stadium. Pricing for uber was not bad either! We were also able to utilize the Central stop on the red line to get to/from the hotel & airport. The staff was great, so welcoming and very nice! The place was clean and perfect for our stay. The building is really cool and the rooms are very nice! (Small, but also no one goes to Boston to sit in a hotel...

"Parking is not free, $35 a day. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very easy to get around. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was included and wasn’t bad at all."

"This is nice if expensive boutique hotel minutes from Harvard Square with underground parking. Our room was comfortable and luxurious. There is free excellent pod coffee (not Keurig) in the lobby and they will valet your car in and out of the garage which is a good idea given then narrow spiral driveway. The location is 5 minutes from Harvard Yard and close to many restaurants. Great for a Harvard reunion."

"The room (1613) had a nice view, however the air conditioning machine was not working properly. Maintenance came but it was still not ok. We didn't spend too much time inside the room, and we were able to open the window partially so it was bearable. The hotel is nice. Unfortunately, our experience with the restaurant inside the hotel was not the best."
