Two bedrooms and a private balcony - completely unexpected and so special for a birthday trip! The staff is super friendly, entrance is private and intimate, with very friendly staff! The amazing staff upgraded us for a small free to the most amazing terrace room, we ending up paying the upgrade fee for the entire stay because it was so nice. "Hotel was clean with a fantastic location between the Radio City and Times Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was fine but it was tiny. It did have a full kitchen and big fridge so it would be great for a solo business traveler. Was as quiet as you could expect for a block from Times Square. Would I stay there again? Maybe, but I'd still look around first. You can do much worse for the price."
