"Staff are helpful and friendly and close to the attraction. Lots of restaurant is nearby.
Something can be improved, the WIFI some sometimes is not working when in the room and no USB plugin on the bedside.
The experience is excellent and the breakfast at the restaurant is delicious

"Truly satisfied with the hotel. It has been my best holiday stay ever. Love the location, walking distance to Penang’s famous food. Hotel staffs are polite and very helpful. The ambiance of the hotel is beautiful and the cleanliness is great. Will definitely come back.

"The Hotel has maintained it's heritage appearance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Only negative comment is "broccoli for breakfast"?????"
"The room was wonderful. Very clean, modern, and spacious. Although the hotel is a little ways from the historical downtown, you can take the free bus (CAT) and get off at stop 11 and from there the hotel is less than a10 min walk. CAT made it very easy to get anywhere in town from the hotel.
The only negative was the wifi was awful. It was constantly dropping and I had to reconnect multiple times each session. "
"Check in was simple, accomodating and hospitable. The place was elegant and very nicely decorated, clearly well-thought out. It had a lot of history. The room was smaller than I expected. The bed and bedding was comfortable and clean. The crew were very helpful and quick. Two small notes, room cleaning was a bit late (I arrived from hospital around 1pm and my room was not cleaned yet) and I hoped they improved the breakfast food. By the way, you had tons of choices for food and drinks right...
"I was genuinely surprised by how clean, comfortable, and friendly Frame Hotel was, especially considering the price. It offers excellent value for money. The surrounding area is full of great food options, and it’s very close to major attractions in the city. Even the room view was better than expected. Since I just needed a place to sleep as a solo traveler, I didn’t want a luxury hotel—and this place exceeded my expectations. Highly satisfied.

"Wonderful hotel, room is spacious and clean. Bathtub in the center of the toilet. Just be aware the toilet uses a curtain to cover up. Bed was cosy with options to request for different types of pillows. located in the center of town. Shopping malls just across the road. A great location will be definitely go back again. Oh and the door man named Vignesvaran provided excellent service and very helpful on how to use the automated carpark system. "
"It was an absolute privilege to stay at Muntri Mews for 3 nights. The room we were appointed was stunning (77D) with a four poster bed (very comfortable) and a lovely large, squishy sofa that was perfect to relax on. We were one skip away jump away from the cafe which served us a delicious breakfast from the menu each morning, which included a glass of fresh orange juice and hot drink of your choice. The scrambled eggs with smoked salmon were perfect.
