"Hello - we enjoyed our hotel stay and would stay again. However, one thing we noticed was that our room had a very oddly situated bathroom - right at the foot of the beds. Therefore, there was no privacy to use the bathroom. Additionally, the light which I am guessing acted as an exhaust fan as well (?) was extremely loud and was a shade of orange. Also, I know I booked well in advance of a busy time for the hotel and even though I am a seasoned Hilton guest, they put me in ADA Room with a terrible view. The room also had a very loud AC unit which blew directly at the head area of the bed, and it only came on when the temperature discrepancy was so much that the air that it blew out was absolutely freezing no matter what the...

"The shuttle driver was rude. The gym had bare minimum equipment. No hot tub, small pool. All of the snacks at the store were sold out. Bottled water was sold out. The breakfast was very cold and not tasty."

"Sheets and towels had lint, hair, and were not that clean. They should fix their washer/dryers to clean them better. Also pool is ice cold no one should swim in it the entire time I was there. They also need to check shower, conditioner, body wash in the bathroom as ours were empty. "
