"Hotel was extremely clean, in a perfect location with very helpful staff"

"Room was clean and easy check in. However the air conditioning was terrible it did not keep the room cool it kept switching itself off until I asked and apparently auto kept it on but this also kept switching off. Even when it was on it didn't really do anything. We had to open the windows and this is a very busy area so was very loud with motorbikes in particularl. The noise would have been fine if it was possible to close the windows. Spa was closed which was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel with no prior warning this would be the case."

"They don’t mention anywhere online when you’re booking that the AC is turned off at 9 am til 6 pm and when it’s on it barely works. The hotel is great but theirs basically no AC. I had to buy a portable Fan to sleep at night cause I was sweating. Worse part is that the windows are bolted shut so I couldn’t even use the outside temperature to cool my room."

"I requested a double bed room when I made the booking and also sent a message to the property to make sure they were aware of this, but I was given a twin room instead. After my journey, I was also charged extra because their system showed that I had used items from the minibar, even though I did not touch anything at all. Overall, it was an expensive and unpleasant stay."
