"This is a good enough space for the cost. You get a small apartment to yourself, living room, laundry included, kitchen with a dishwasher and full bathroom. The location is good with quick access to Guy-Concordia. A few things are lacking: the wifi connection is awful. Come with a good data plan - you will not be able to use any apps that require location services. The Pierce team tried to assist this issue for me but we had no resolve. "There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. I had to find the cleaning staff the next day. Also there is mice. we saw a mouse climbing up the curtains later. They know there’s an infestation since there’s mice traps. Honestly...
