"We felt uncomfortable the minute we walked into Prescott House. The neighborhood coming up to the property is run down. The grounds are messy and the entrance is filthy. The basement with the kitchen has a bad smell to it. We found our room uninviting and the photos deceptive. "parking was horrible, contractors were doing asphalt work during my stay, it was hard to find a spot, and when u did, you couldn't park there, it was like musical parking, spot to spot, breakfast was good, the room air-conditioning was loud when on, I have been in better Hampton inn and less the price"
