"We rang ahead for information after the recent storm, flooding and road closures before travelling. The staff member we spoke to (Bailey?) was extremely friendly and very helpful. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a super friendly staff member - check-in was easy and stress-free. Our room was spotlessly tidy, spacious and very comfortable. "The incredible views and warm and welcoming proprietors really stood out. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We arrived rather late and only stayed one night, so we didn't avail ourselves of all they had to offer (e.g., cold pool, hot tub and breakfast). But we would gladly stay there again."
