"Reception staff and facilities are excellent and always very clean. We stay frequently at Scarman and are always very satisfied with our stays. The only point I would make, is that we always feel under pressure to vacate our room before 10.00 during the week, with house keeping staff knocking and sometimes entering our room even though we put out the appropriate sign to indicate that we are still using the room. We are not conference attendees - we stay for other reasons and therefore do not...

"Victoria keeps the house immaculately clean and is decorated to a high standard. Everything we needed was in our room, she even brought a fresh jug of milk for our tea and coffee. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*."

"Room was clean and comfortable. The temperature and humidity were ideal, with easily adjustable temperature. Beds were soft and comfortable. Shower was large, with good water pressure and temperature. "
