Staff was super understanding and willing to wait until I knew I was going to be gone for a few hours, so they could freshen my room up until."

"It is very helpful if the staff at the reception ne more welcoming and helpful . The bellboy was very energetic and welcoming. Rooms were not ready given a different room than what we booked. until 4pm. No apology. The management should be more attentive to matters.

"I r stayed at many hotels but it has been awhile and the menu for morning breakfast was ok but not clear and none of the hot food was labeled so you kind of had to open it a bit to see what was wrapped up. Not very hygienic, the other stuff bagels, pastries, coffee was delicious.
Staff was ok but had my car valet and maybe I’m wrong too but I left my wallet in the glove compartment and someone tried to use my credit card at a CVS. Does valet need to go in my glove compartment go any reason?...

"The only real highlight of this hotel is its location by the water, quiet and away from crowds, yet still walkable.
Unfortunately, everything else fell short. The restaurant was a disappointment with very limited breakfast options and a 40 minute wait for food with only a few guests. Café Amalfi in Building 5 was a much better choice.
The room was just okay, not soundproof, and the towels were worn and torn, definitely not what you expect for the price. Service at the front desk was also...

"WE arrived a little early, not an issue, the checked us in and we even got a nice upgraded room. Staff was fantastic. the location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do in the city for the weekend. they ended the stay with hold our bags for the entire rest of the day while we took advantage of a late flight home.
Would highly recommend staying there to any of our friend or family going to visit Boston."
