"The reception desk staff was absolutely stellar. We were on the 6th floor and had quiet, restful sleep. My only feedback is that there is no pool it's a hot tub/sauna in the building next door and a $40/day extra fee for 1-2 people +20 for each additional person wanting to join. You have to purchase day passes at the front to utilize that feature of your stay. I misread the initial booking and was a little confused. "Nice pool in the center of the hotel that our kids had fun in. Our family really enjoyed the warm cookies and milk at night in the lobby that were free. Also a great location and could walk to several areas in the city that we wanted to see. Staff was very helpful with directions on getting places also."

"Overall decent hotel that is located near the convention center, 15 min walk. There is no mini market to get snacks or water. They have vending machines on 2 different floors. The one on the 13th floor didn’t work. The AC in our room didn’t work that great and it was 90+ in the summer. The restaurant in the lobby is wildly overpriced. $16 for a Bacon Egg and Cheese. Aside from all of that we stayed for 3 nights and never received any housekeeping. I don’t know if we were supposed to request...
