"The property was very clean, staff helpful and amenities very good. The AC worked well but they also had a fan in the room which was very nice."

"This was an excellent hotel! The staff were always very helpful and friendly. They were welcoming. Room was very clean. Breakfast had a lot of choices and was substantial. Elevator and good air conditioning. Location is easy access from Metro, immersive Parisian neighbourhood with lots of restaurants. Easy to use laundromat nearby. Highly recommend Hotel Mistral."

"Nice hotel in a lovely area, well connected and with lots to do nearby. The room was nicely decorated, new and clean - the AC was working well, which was essential during the heatwave. Having access to the cellar pool was also great. The staff was great, cordial and helpful, and the ground floor cafe area was a nice place to hang out or work if necessary. The only problem we had was that the toilet seat was broken, which was a bit annoying. Other than that, great hotel."

"Easy, clean and comfortable. Busy neighborhood so there was some street noise in our first floor apartment, but that’s to be expected. We appreciated the responsive communication when we had questions. It was our first time in Paris, but we love this neighborhood with lots to see within walkable distances."

"This property was amazing. My room on the 5th floor (by French numbering, which would be the 7th floor by American numbering), had two balconies overlooking Paris (and two bathrooms). I wasn’t expecting this, and I doubt all rooms have this, but it was a very pleasant surprise. I didn’t know you have to leave your keycard in a contraption near the entrance in order to turn on the lights. Once this was explained (and the staff is very helpful), there were no issues."

"Would give zero stars if I could. Was not informed there was loud construction going on. Drilling was heard early in the morning and all day. Then the morning we were leaving the water was turned off!! My husband couldn’t even shower. They refused any compensation. Stay away from this hotel."

"The hotel was nice, clean. Staff were kind and did their best to accommodate on tough conditions. The tough conditions described are 100+ degree temperatures in Paris. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room did not work for four of the five nights which caused extreme discomfort. The staff provided us with two fans to improve the sleeping arrangements but unfortunately it was not enough. They have offered one night off to accommodate for the inconvenience but I don’t feel that is enough....
