"Clean room although too small for a queen bed and a made up sofa bed - which I didn’t need. Plenty of parking space. Good choice of food for breakfast. Complimentary water. Nice air con and a fabulous shower"

"Fantastic hotel on the outskirts of the city centre. You’re able to take a nice walk into town. We passed the train station on the way into the city centre so easily walkable from there. It’s close to the curve theatre and the parking is included. The breakfast was very good. The staff here were lovely and made this a place I would return to stay at."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel before, so decided to take my husband for a Birthday treat. Staff are always very welcoming and can’t do enough for you. "Rooms were clean and fresh and breakfast was very good. What wasn’t so good was that bath towel was damp, either from not being changed or not dried thoroughly. We found the mattress quite hard and sleeping was not helped by the people above us running round at 12:30 pm- assume it was children,"

"Parking is a 2-3 minute walk to reception. EV charging points available. Bar OK Rest of the hotel needs some tlc, outside seating area not weeded, rooms need decor. Self service breakfast, food choices, but low quantity food. Bread in the bar snacks also very low quality, which is a real shame and you are paying hotel prices. "Lovely building (s) with lots of outdoor space and seating. Main building has lots of lovely nooks and crannies to sit in and relax. The rooms are very very dated. Old fashioned( not as in a designed way). No usb ports. Bathroom needed a complete overhaul or at least a deep clean- there is no excuse for mould on grout or silicone nowadays- gave the whole place a grubby feel. "Make sure that your booking hasn't been cancelled by a disgruntled staff member before you arrive. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok, it was greasy and I didn't dare try the egg because it looked only just cooked yet the yolk was hard. The other items were nice."

"New construction wall to wall carpet in halls and rooms. Business hotel on edge of Nuneaton and next to Bermuda industrial estate. Good service and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. One elevator for the 4 story building. No air conditioning so we were given a portable fan which was adequate for early May weather. Window only opens 4 inches for fresh air! Comfortable beds and mainly quiet except for distant tire noise from highway a few hundred yards away ."

"For the price we paid the hotel was absolutely fine. Lovely leisure facilities, nice biscuits with the tea and coffee tray. Lift’s available. Bar and restaurant and food were good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Sadly it’s all a bit tired. Cracks in plaster around the building, dark decor just in need of TLC but as I said before, this was reflected in a very good price. I would definitely book here again."
