"Very good property and a lovely place to stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars rather than 5 is because the room we had originally booked was unavailable due to renovations, and unfortunately we were only informed the day before check-in. "Check-in was very unorganized. I waited over 2 hours for a clean room because the room I was “upgraded” to had a puddle of water inside and smelled moldy. The second room I was provided was better, but the overall experience was disappointing. After everything I had already dealt with, I asked if dinner for two could be provided as a courtesy and was told no. About 45 minutes later, I was offered coconut water instead. The lack of urgency, communication, and effort to make the situation right...
