Nice place to stay, friendly staff and their swimming pool was unique and very clean. Also the hotel is well planned nice and clean rooms . I would recommend to anyone.

A SOLID hotel... Super solid... No where near a beach( that's good) and short 5 minute walk to the super lotus market.. -everything an anything you want - The staff are SENSATIONAL, the rooms awesome, every room and patio has a entrance to the property pool that runs all over.. the water in the pool was perfect temperature and showers.. huge with great water pressure The good- the property is amazing and clean, fantastic staff and layout.. The not so good ...... Beds are hard (ask for a topper), Breakfast is lackluster. But a solid place to stay..i would go back

I stayed for three days at Lalynn Resort & Villas in Belas. Unfortunately, my experience was not very pleasant. When we first checked into our room, there were ants everywhere. We also noticed what looked like bed bug droppings on the wall, which made the room feel very unhygienic and uncomfortable. In addition, we saw several other insects such as spiders, cockroaches, and many mosquitoes. Because of this, I felt quite uneasy and had a hard time relaxing. After speaking with the receptionist and the hotel manager, they moved us to another room. The staff reacted and helped us change rooms, which I appreciated. The second room was noticeably cleaner, but after looking more closely we still found small ants in several places. Unfortunately, the pool also looked quite dirty, and overall I did not enjoy my stay very much and slept poorly during those days. I hope the management can address these cleanliness issues, as the resort itself has potential and the staff were helpful when we reported the problem.

This is a follow up review. I must say they didn’t disappoint. I’ll be back and will definitely be staying here in November. The staff although not versed in the English language try their best to communicate and exceeds all customer service expectations. This place is new and they have a lot to improve on but the potential is definitely there for them to become a 6 star resort.

Man skal lige selv have styr på transport til lufthavnen, da de ikke kan/vil hjælpe med at få fat i en taxa. Meget dyr restaurant på stedet. Ligger i et lidt kedeligt område, men trafikken generer ikke på hotellet.

We stayed at this property July 10-18 this hotel was very quiet not anything going on. Just relax swim, gym or a peace of mind. The breakfast was included with our stay. Not sure if that’s for everyone. It was very close to the mall. We literally walked there every day. They kept running out of ice. It was pretty far from a lot of activities. So if you looking for do more activities just be mindful you will have to travel a little distance. Overall it was a good hotel. Would recommend for people who only want to relax chill. But the view was beautiful

The Lalynn Resort is a beautiful looking place in Phuket located not too far from the airport. There’s a bit of a caveat though. There were lots of mosquitoes and The walls are paper thin in which, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing including using the restroom! Coughing up phlegm, the kids playing until 2am, etc. Our advice is bring plenty of mosquito repellent and ear plugs. Besides that bit of disappointment, the hotel and pool are beautiful and the staff are great! 3.5 stars out of 5

Came in just after midnight and the check-in was seamless. Nothing around here to eat so I suggest that you pick something up on your way to the resort if you’re checking in late. I read some of the reviews about insects but what do you expect? There’s a lot of greenery so expect nothing less. I walked with a citronella candle and it did the trick especially when lounging around the pool. The staff although not very hands on with English try their best to communicate and are very efficient and professional. Everything here is brand new and room for improvement is needed but it will happen soon enough I am sure. It’s not close to Paong beach or Bangla road so be prepared to spend over 1000 bahi or you could rent a car for approximately 800.00 per day. I’ll update my review as time goes along but so far so good.

The restaurant was not very good for the buffet breakfast or the lunch there. Breakfast was not very varied and every "hot" food except soup was actually cold every day, which is not safe. For lunch, they got 3 out of 4 items ordered incorrect. We tried to ask the front desk questions about shopping and activities, but they did not speak enough English to help and I only speak about 30 Thai phrases so we just researched on Google. our room was full of drain flies. Literally hundreds of flies, every day. We told the front desk immediately and they didn't do anything or move us. Every day we killed at least 50, every morning they were in the bathroom, shower, on the bedding and in the curtains. Housekeeping didn't even clean up all the dead flies daily. The bed is the hardest mattress I've ever encountered, even after years of Asia travels. There were no options for anything else or a topper.
