"Beyond perfect!"

"All good"

"Fantastisk oplevelse, rent og pænt"

"We reserved the delux jacuzzi pool side room. The room was overall good. Just the bathroom had an outdoor shower so when it rained bad the water did come into the shower and there was rain water dripping from the ceiling in the room. Also smells strange from the rainwater and outdoor shower. The staff was great and very helpful. Decent breakfast. But the place definitely needs some upgrades."

"Walked from the airport to the resort ( about a 10 minute walk). The resort blew my expectations away and the staff were incredibly helpful! Wish I was staying in this part of Phuket longer just to stay at this resort. Perfect for solo travelers & will be recommending this place to anyone flying into Phuket."

"Our room was upgraded to ground floor pool entry from garden cottage. We were pleasantly surprised. Welcomed with English speaking receptionist. Room was clean and cleaned daily. All staff very pleasant even if they didn't speak English. Breakfast was brilliant. A good mix of Thai and continental. Choices changed daily. We could always fund something different to try or something we liked. Breakfast hours were very convenient. 6.30 - 10.30. I LOVED the pool. Canoes were a little battered but...

"The staff was incredible. So friendly and accommodating. The grounds were very well maintained. The room was in great condition. Staying here you get a beautiful beach to use and it’s an easy walk or taxi into town for food and shopping. I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"今回はWater Parkが工事中で運営していませんでした。従ってホテル付属のプールとホテルの目の前のビーチを満喫。私は大満足でしたが、妻はWaterParkを楽しみにしていた分、少し残念だと言っていた。"

"Everything was absolutely spectacular! The staff was incredible, and their warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. An exceptional experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!"

"Hôtel splendide avec une végétation luxuriante et entretenue, des piscines gigantesques avec suffisamment d'espaces et de recoins pour se sentir presque seuls, une restauration très bonne et un personnel accueillant et souriant. Nous avons pris une chambre pool access en demi pension et ne regrettons pas notre choix!"

"Lovely place! Staff welcomes you in, very caring. Stunning views with their pools. Drinks can be a bit pricey."

"Avista Hideaway is absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately the customer service did not match the property. For a luxury resort, we expected a much more seamless experience. Throughout our stay, there were repeated miscommunications and a general lack of organization. At one point, I was transferred 3 times just to get an answer to a basic question. We also canceled a dinner reservation in person that morning with a reservations staff member at the restaurant. Despite that, we received...

"Lovely boutique feel hotel next to the airport which was perfect for an overnight layover when transiting from China back to the UK. I didnt have much time to fully explore the hotel or the area such as arrived late and was off early however it was a stunning premises. The gate onto the unspoilt beach and the little village right outside was exactly what I wanted for my final taste of Thai food and a massage. The location was perfect for a more relaxed vibe. The best bit was that it was much...

"The room was amazing, and very clean, our only down fall was the pillows. They were high profile and very firm, it was a trip to Big C to buy 2 more pillows so we would Be comfortable for the 10 Days. Every thing else was near perfect"
