Very good

The property was very good and clean. The manager was very nice and cooperative. Reading the emails the property sends prior to check in very well is important because one thing we got surprised with was that there is no elevator and the mini bar was empty. The more expensive sea-view option was not worth it. All in all it was a very good stay and very good property.

Wonderful and comfortable hotel at great price

We had a wonderful stay at Kripis Studio, everything was perfect! Great service from Olga and her staff, very comfortable room, super clean and well equipped, really delicious breakfast. Taxi from the White tower to the hotel only 3.5 Euro, or bus 1 Euro with a stop right by the hotel. Also can walk, a very nice stroll. We were a family of five and were very comfortable in apartment 5. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will most definitely return!

Lovely and spacious room

I loved all the guides and tips provided to us via email after booking to make it easier for us upon arrival. Parking is quite tricky after 5pm and the surrounding streets can be really narrow and steep. It gets a bit of road traffic noise and it’s a 20-30 mins walk to the city centre. Otherwise it wasn’t a problem for us and we had a pleasant stay.

Apartament jest OK. Lokalizacja w samym centrum. Parking na ulicy może być problematyczny, ale są płatne parkingi w okolicach. Generalnie OK bez strzałów.

Moeilijk om een minpunt te vinden. Goed!

Voor zo'n kleine accommodatie was dit echt heel goed geregeld. Het ontbijt was best uitgebreid. 's middags stond er vaak nog koffie met een hapje klaar. Zeer goede schoonmaak. Een stuk buiten het toeristische gebied, maar wel met hele leuke restaurantjes in de buurt die uitkijken over de stad. De weg naast de accommodatie is wel wat druk. Dit merk je wel als je aan de voorkant van het gebouw verblijft. Als je het niet erg vind om met de bus of lopend naar het centrum te gaan is dit een aanrader.

Il lato “negativo” è che si trova nel cuore di Anaopoli, che è sì un quartiere suggestivo, ma ha vie ripide e strette (quindi non è semplice se avete l’auto ...). Non c’è poi un servizio reception, anche se il gestore è molto sollecito nel rispondere al telefono e ci ha mandato una serie di mails con tutte le istituzioni utili ... Per il resto, la struttura e’ pulita ed in ottime condizioni, camere spaziose, cucina equipaggiata, TV anche con Netflix e colazione discreta. Ok il prezzo.

(o) Few or no staff on site, but emails guided us into our room and through other steps. (-) We found a parking spot in front to the hotel, but had to use the cat once, and finding another parking spot was horrible. (o) View of city and harbor from our room was wonderful. (o) one small restaurant, bakery, and market nearby. Alternative restaurant took some searching, but was worth it.

Petit mais OK C'est le bruit extérieur qui donne à cet établissement une très très mauvaise note car cela dure toute la nuit à cause des motards qui font la course eN mettant les gaz au maximum et ce jusque 04 h du matin. Forage à partir de 08 h du matin même le dimanch. Nettoyage intérieur de l'escalier à partir de 06h15 du matin, ce n'est plus de la propreté mais de la maniaquerie. Essuis gris et non blanc. Bref, le bruit est l'occupation principale des Grecs. PLUS JAMAIS

Studio confortable, calme et bien situé dans la ville haute, une documentation précise et riche sur la ville. Deux bémols : la mise à disposition du petit déjeuner au rdc n'est pas très conviviale et l'absence de contact physique pour l'accueil.

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos! Einzig der Lärm zur Strasse war auch bei geschlossenem Fenster extrem. Dies wird je nach Appartement unterschiedlich sein. Da dies das einzig freie Appartement war, konnten wir auf kein anderes ausweichen.

A comfortable, good value stay

I stayed 3 nights in the split level apartment number 4. As I was travelling solo I didn't use the upstairs part, but it looked well set out. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well furnished with table and chairs, fridge and coffee maker. There was also a balcony with a nice view. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The location is a little away from the major things to do but that was fine because there was a supermarket and restaurant nearby and I like walking anyway. For the price, this is very good value.

Πολύ ικανοποιητικό στούντιο στη παλιά πόλη!!!!

Πρόκειται για ένα συμπαθητικό στούντιο που έχει ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί ένας ταξιδιώτης. Καθαρό και βολικό με ένα πρωινό απρόσμενα καλό. Νόστιμο και υπεραρκετό!! Αρνητικό στοιχείο ότι ο χώρος ζεσταίνεται με ένα μικρό κλιματιστικό.

Παγωμένο δωμάτιο χωρίς πάρκινγκ δικό του

Για να κλείσω δωμάτιο έβαλα φιλτρο δωρεάν πάρκινγκ . Ένα από αυτά είναι και το Kripis που έκλεισα .Με περίμενε όμως δυσάρεστη έκπληξη γιατί υπέθεσα ότι έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ δωρεάν ,αλλά έκανα λάθος δεν έχει .Στο δρόμο το πάρκινγκ δεν το συζητάμε πιο εύκολα πιάνεις το λαχείο .Οσο για το δωμάτιο μόλις μπήκα ήτανε παγωμένο (αρχές Δεκεμβρίου του 2018 έγινε η κράτηση με 6 βαθμούς Κελσίου εξωτερική θερμοκρασία )

We had Room Nr 2. Clean but very small. Location is nice and quiet, far from the City Center. Bus stops in front of the facility, very convenient. No 24/7 reception but the owner is available on phone and/or e-mail and the communication is good. Negatives: You have to literally fold yourself into the bathroom in order to take a shower. Breakfast is served in the tiny entrance area, guests are jamming in front of the small benches. Wall jackets and bedside lamp only on one side of the small double bed. Not recommended for long stay and for people who need some space to feel comfortable.
