We’ve stayed here previously albeit in a different room Pleased with the room -there’s a radiator & an electric heater if needed. I did think bed linen needed ironing & I dropped something under the bed & not sure it had been hoovered in a while -fluff & bits Think the breakfast items in the room are a good idea. We didn’t have milk last time so took some with us this time & milk was already in the fridge. There’s a selection of cereals, yoghurts & fruit juice or a full breakfast can be taken in the pub The pub does very good food & huge portions You can hear when next room using water but room is quiet on the whole Check in is easy as you’re contacted before & told keys are in the key safe with code given Would we book again -definitely

10 out of 10 for everything. Spacious family room, clean, well lit, comfy beds, great pillows. Bathroom small but excellent - good hot shower, clean mastic round shower tray, clean grouting. Great breakfast and evening meal. Really there is nothing to fault - Really would like another reason to go and stay.

Good value, nice room.

Stayed for just one night whilst visiting friends nearby. Clean comfortable room with coffee and DIY breakfast facilities. Excellent full English breakfast (you need to book in advance). Our shower didn’t work however, looks like the water was off. We were in a rush so just used the sink and didn’t try to get someone to look at the shower. I am sure they would have sorted it.

The room (room 8) was infested with moths and the shower barely worked to the extent that I gave up trying to use it.

Very comfortable stay

Hotel exceeded our expectations - large room, comfortable bed with light breakfast included a nice touch. Even had a fan which was put to good use due to hot weather. And good value for money!

Decent enough for the price.

The hotel overall is acceptable, was clean and comfortable. I had an evening meal which was good quality. What is above and beyond are inclusion of fridge, microwave and toaster with some bread butter and cereals. Only real gripes were the bathroom was cramped and no WIFI which apparently had been down for some time. I was able to use the WiFi in the bar while I ate.

We arrived late to a building site. Grappled for a key in a cobwebby entrance. The room looked cleanish but it smelt kind of musty and felt like there was a film of grease everywhere.

The Willow House is now looking tired.

I have always stayed here whilst working at Snetterton Circuit. Rooms are spacious with a fridge, microwave and breakfast items in the room! Great for me with being away early in the mornings. Arrived on Friday evening having been sent details of the keycode to access my room. Been working all day so I went straight to the bar for a drink and food at about 7:55, The was a group of 7/8 people ordering food and and by the time I could be served I was greeted with the "kitchen closes at 8!" I was tired (so didn't want to have to go out elsewhere and I was actually staying there, so the lady behind the bar checked with the kitchen coming back with a flat no! Not impressed. To close a kitchen at 8pm on a Friday does seem a bit early? I was heading back to my room. Googling where else to go when another lady caught up with me and said she would tell the kitchen to serve me! Unfortunately, the wifi was not working at the Willow House and the mobile data signal is very poor, which gave me serious problems with work in the evenings meaning I didn't get to bed until the early hours. In the morning I was hoping for a refreshing shower to wake me up, bit unfortunately it wasn't much more than a dribble! On Saturday evening I called in at the nearby Tesco to get a microwave meal to avoid the problems of the previous night. Another long night with no wifi and in the morning the shower water gave up typically when I had shampoo in my hair! Not the best of experiences

Sorry but needs a good tiding up found the evening staff not very welcoming was left alone after our main course for a long while went to the bar to order sweets only to be told the kitchen was closed
