Room was in good condition no doubt; the bed was quite stiff, very little cushioning. The heater/fan had mixed settings that were a little bit confusing. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment but I suppose it’s not a hot breakfast, just continental (cereal/milk and bread options). Vending machines for all other stuff. Felt the juice and milk options needed to be more safely stored. Juice was Sunny D (Amazing btw) in one of the gallon jugs; same with the milk. Easily allows for there to be tampering with, not that it would happen; more that it can.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times over the past decade. The service is good, the room is decent. The rates are good. However, this last stay was somewhat spoiled by a dog barking in a nearby room, consistently for over an hour.

The room was great. It was clean. Warm all the amenities, refrigerator, microwave. The wall heater worked good. It was just noisy. But when you're tired you can sleep through whatever... Nice little breakfast offering. Very much enjoyed the stay and the room price! Didn't need a bunch of frills (swimming pool, hot tub etc.) The reservation with Expedia had me in a smoking room? Don't know how that happened. I'm a non-smoker and I certainly didn't want a smoking room. Mgmt. at Inn corrected.

Meets basic need of somewhere to sleep, no frills!

Working in Grand Forks, ND across the border. Convenient access to work, quiet place to stay, bare minimum is what I need. Bed is sufficient, shower is hot, towels replaced by request, BF minimal but enough ( cereal, milk, sunnyD, bagels and bread, PBJ and cream cheese, and of course coffee.

Good motel for the price

The staff was friendly. The room was fine, considering the price. The breakfast was simple. It was a little noisy in the hall at night. I would stay here again if we are in town for another event.
