"Lovely hotel wonderful in all aspects but breakfast was never hot enough in terms of temperature. Scrambled eggs were not hot enough by the time they got to the table and my husband's muffin was burnt. please can you improve the way you heat water for tea, it just wasn't hot enough."

"Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Hotel Indigo Vienna und es war ganz wunderbar. Angefangen mit dem tollen ersten Eindruck, wenn man das Hotel betritt, über die freundliche Begrüßung am Empfang, die Tatsache, dass wir einfach schon um 10 Uhr ins Zimmer durften über die moderne Ausstattung, das angenehme Innere mit viel Grün und Loft-Atmosphäre bis zur perfekten Lage in der City. "We are a repeating guests in this hotel. The hotel services are excellent in the reactive services. If you ask, they make it happen (mostly). I would hope they could get a little bit better in the proactive services. I'm introvert and it is very uncomfortable for me to call the front desk. For example the rooms don't have a kettle for boiling hot water for tea etc. (They have the cups and teas there..) I'm a tea drinker and a bad sleeper and asking 5x a day to bring hot water to the room is very...

"Comfortable beds, helpful staff, clean and cozy. It's a small boutique hotel. Mostly quiet but some occasional noise from the outside hotel bar on weekends. A few things in the room were partly broken. For example, one of the charger ports did not work, the tissue dispenser was loose from the wall when you pulled a tissue out, and the shower head would wobble. These are minor things. Generally the stay was good."

"Beautiful hotel and a wonderful location. Staff is very kind and helpful. Room had a lot of space, beautifully decorated. Wonderful bathroom with a beautiful tub and rain shower. Only issue is the water will run out of the shower area and onto the floor. The AC was not working as expected and very warm. Staff did bring up 2 fans and comp us breakfast and called the technicians. The 2nd and 3rd nights were a little cooler. I’d highly recommend this hotel"
