Lovely comfy bed and quality bedding. Good thick curtains to keep out the light. Can control own radiator so not too hot or cold and generous tea/coffee facilities in room. Would stay again, thanks Alice.

Alice who owns the property goes above and beyond what she needs to do she knows every guest by there 1st name had a meal in the Cantonese restaurant (which alice runs) on Friday and the food was 1st class breakfast there a choice a good choice all the staff are very friendly beds very comfortable and clean , showers nice and hot decor could do with a up date but to be honest I wasn’t there to look at the decor there was a group of 6 and we would definitely go back

Hidden Gem

Found this place and wasn't sure what to expect but had a wonderful stay and will be staying again every time in the area. The hotel has a Chinese restaurant sa well as a traditional pub. The food was amazing and Irecommend everyone to try the taster menu (2 main taters for £17.50). Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Great little find!

Wonderful stopover on way to our Daughter’s wedding. Great host and hospitality. Fantastic Chinese restaurant and breakfast next morning. Definitely one to be recommended.

This was perfect for a one night stay. At £78 per night I guess that’s a mid price range for pub accommodation. It was a lovely spacious, clean room. My only criticism would be that the whole accommodation area would benefit from from some redecoration as it looked a little tired.

I stayed for two nights, the staff were really friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely and the meal I had in the restaurant was very tasty - I would definitely recommend the Nags Head.
