"I reserved a room and paid for it was charged on my card and everything and when me my husband and 2 1/2 year old son got to the hotel after driving all that way and paying and being charged, I was told my reservation had been cancelled but yet I was never sent an email of a cancellation so I assumed my reservation was still good especially after I paid for it.
