They did not supply much in the way of toiletries other then the basics it would have been nice to have some cotton pads and q-tips in the bathroom although they did supply one makeup remover towelette. If you stay only a couple of days there was no room services if you wanted fresh linens or the in room coffee replenished you have to...

My room was tidy enough but outside noise was bothersome as I was right next to an exit door and noisy partying neighbours. A metal part of the elevator was duct taped - rather tacky. Hotel is in a sketchy area( Kelowna has its share of homelessness)! I also thought unpaid for a kitchen - thankful for the tiny fridge and microwave!"

"The hotel was a very relaxing experience for us. The creek was right by our room and we saw numerous fish as well as raccoons going through. The atmosphere in the atrium area/pool area was wonderful with all of the plants and music. The pool was spacious and hot tub was relaxing. The staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The Brix restaurant was delicious and we ate there several times."
