"A beautiful resort and historic hotel. It is well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, for $1200 per night, I would’ve liked to have a vanity, Perhaps a breakfast for convenience or a gondola ride included. Something that would justify the $1200 other than the view which is pretty much the same in every resort in the area."

"Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The balcony’s view was gorgeous with the changing leaves! The one thing that did disturb me was that we came into a room with a box of tissues that had two tissues left in it and the soap, little soap, container and moisturizer container that were on the sink have been used by prior guests and I have never seen that before. I certainly was not going to use them. One last thing is, I tried to call the front desk to ask a question and no one answered in the evening. I try again that next morning and no one answered again. But other than that, the property is very nice. The people working there are all very nice. We had a nice time listening to the music and the singer and guitarist was really really good. But we paid for a room and they were choosing crackers out in the bar area and we were unable to go get some cheese and crackers, even though it was 730 at night and we had already dined out after coming back from looking looking at the the leaves and after visiting the town of Littleton. I felt this was absolutely ridiculous. We had asked the bartender and apparently it was for people who were paying for the buffet $40 apiece. Anyway, overall, we had a very nice time at the resort and we definitely come back again."

"Beautiful property. Immaculate grounds. Well located outside the bustle of the Village but still very close to everything. The only downfalls are room was not automatically cleaned and although the selection at breakfast buffet was very nice, hot foods weren’t kept warm. Breakfast potatoes appeared to be reheated latkes which would have been fine but they weren’t warm enough and dried out."

"Cute room, comfy bed, great pillows. Perfect for our mountain escape! Our only suggestion is to consider adding a small mirror in the bedroom for use when the bathroom is occupied. It’s a very cute and functional bathroom, but too tight for more than 1 when getting ready in the morning."

"Here is the main thing I am looking for when I lie my head down for the night. The room was nice and clean, bathroom was clean, bed was fresh and restful. Plenty of pillows. Not that there was anything else wrong, but when I read other reviews, I and wanting to know how are the rooms and beds. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay again if I was in the area."

"I'm satisfied with everything in the hotel except the fire alarm happened on the Tuesday night (10/6/2026). We were waiting outside of the hotel for more than 1 hour. We were tired after a whole day activity. But we can't go to my room to get rest."
