"Above and beyond on service. The room was clean and smelled absolutely amazingly fresh, very inviting. Complimentary popcorn, pop, and some mints. The pool was very nice and definitely heated, felt like Luke warm bathing. The hot tub was well hot and relaxing! The breakfast was good too, but watch out for the lady that does the breakfast, she isn't very people oriented and host like, just there to do her job! Overall the stay was fantastic"

"I loved that you had a code to get into the hotel and your room. The King room felt a little cramped. Need a shelf or something in the shower for ladies to shave. No staff was okay but when there is someone who is loud through the night there is no one to contact."

"Room was clean, but light switch upon walking in did not work. The free WiFi that was provided would drop every 5/10 minutes. They did offer business WiFi for $4.99 per day but I did not opt for that option. When contacting front desk about WiFi, they recommended turning it off and on, on my device and said “it should be working”."

I was there with 3 grandchildren, the heated pool was (extremely) cold our first evening. They did turn it up 4 degrees, but pools take a long time to heat up. "There were blood stsins on the sheets, food in the fridge, human and pet hair on the floor and sheets. The sprinkler was encased in hair and dust. We did not stay and went elsewhere."

"I have used the Cherry Valley Lodge, now the Cherry Valley hotel for several years. The hotel must be suffering from the lack of capital as the parking lot, sidewalks desperately need work, there are plants, weeds, or small trees, growing in some of the gutters at the top of the roof. I am told that food service is not that great. At one time the food was quite good. I had breakfast there three times and the food was filling and it was buffet style so I can’t really share much about the food....
