Overall the hotel was very nice, the only let down was something outside of it's control in that there were a few people doing loud wheelspins etc on the road outside which made it hard to sleep. Delta Hotels by Marriott Colchester
Rooms good and efficient reception staff. Don't think you should pay to park the car in the hotel car park if you are staying in the hotel though?

A beautiful and very well equipped apartment. The only downside was a very uncomfortable bed. Mattress way too soft.

Colchester Studio Suites
Nice tidy and clean room that looked like it had been recently fitted out. Decent sized Kitchen at each end of the corridor i didn't use them but they looked fully kitted out and new.
