"The location of this hotel couldn't be beat when visiting Kingston! It was a short walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Plenty of dining options nearby and right on the water. Our room had a great water view. The parking was convenient and right under the hotel with an elevator right up to the room. It was $25 but the staff let us leave our car there check out day until 3 so we could explore the city more, which was appreciated. The breakfast was served "bento" style, which I thought was a great idea and included everything you could want. Clean rooms and comfy beds - the hallways seemed a bit tired but the room was great."

"New property updates. Little weird we were staying at the Doubletree but really entered Homes and used Lobby. So other than that it was a good stay."

"The checkin and staff were excellent. The facility is renovated and is decent in general for a Comfort Inn. The room appears clean, but the bathroom ceiling had mould on it and the sheets on the bed were so worn that they had holes in them. The towels were in good condition. They mentioned a “Grab and go” breakfast or get 10 % off the adjoining restaurant for breakfast. We departed around 7 am and saw no “grab and go” where we were told to find it, but my expectations were pretty low as to what it would be, so we just headed out. Being a Comfort Inn, I don’t expect much other than a reasonably adequate room at a fair price, which it delivers on. There is a fee of $6.78 for parking, which I think is rediculous for a hotel that’s not in a downtown area, but was expecting it as it was mentioned in previous reviews."

"The hotel is located in a very quiet area with lots of green space. There was ample parking and the room was very clean. The bed was also quite comfortable! I will definitely keep this at the top of my list any time I am travelling to Kingston."
