"Bathroom was spotless. Room was a little sticky/dusty in the far corners but beds were clean and comfortable. Room was large with everything you need. Room had a view of the river, which was unexpected and a bonus. Breakfast was a good standard hotel breakfast (waffles, yoghurt, eggs, cereal, toast). Staff were very friendly. Location was convenient to downtown via car but probably easily walkable unless you have a mobility impairment. "

"For the most part, our stay was fine, but, bless me, the shower temperature was a hot mess! Every 4 seconds (I counted!), the water temp cycled from dangerously scalding to downright cold. Every. Four. Seconds. And it wasn’t some random issue in our room. We spoke with another guest and they said they experienced the same thing. It was almost rage-inducing. "The room was okay. For the price it’s not what i thought it would be. The pictures are similar but its more like a MOTEL then a Hotel. The lobby is modern and very beautiful. I slept like a baby very comfortable. The motel could be better. "

"I am not sure what to say. March break here in Ontario and I like to take my grandchildren for an overnight at a hotel and a swim, just some downtime with them. So disappointed. The pool was so cold. We were only in it for about 10 minutes and then the two of them had to go in the shower for 15 to warm up.
