"The room was clean although the alarm clock did not power on. Non functioning appliances should not be taking up space. Breakfast was decent. Staff was good and AC worked great.
It was an unpleasant shock to be directed to a 3rd party parking operator for my car. I aborted the process when the parking registration was demanding credit card information. I chose to park off premises. Huge negative!"

"Roaches in the room soon as I moved in coming out at the top of the door floor bathroom had to get to the store to get spray . Kitchen burner tucked knots not working properly. Bathroom toilet seat oversized handle didn't work properly 🙃 😑. Counter didn't look like it had been cleaned at all .Overall it was terrible and front desk Mgr horrible attitude . Not friendly ignores if you are new. Talks openly about what is going on to staff. Staff sorry roaches,ppl hanging clothes on rail.Cable...

"We were there from. Sunday to Wednesday and they never cleaned the room or provided clean towels. The front desk said we had to ask to have our room cleaned but signage in the room stated it would be cleaned every other day"
