"Is ok but other Holiday Inn are much betters . The building have only one elevator because the other is not working and I was at the Third floor and the only one available broke and had to use the stairs. Breakfast is ok to resolve and the rooms very clean but not much supplies like in other Holidays Inn, in few words it is ok to resolve "

"This overall was a great hotel, however the hotel shuttle took forever both picking us up from the airport and bringing us back the next am. We called them when we arrived at the airport and it took well over 30 minutes for them to arrive. The next am we scheduled the shuttle took we’ll pick us up at 9:00 and it was about 15 minutes late. Shuttles only run on the hour so we ended up using an Uber."

"You all should really have some type of shuttle in place for those getting in after 11:30 PM. I was under the assumption that when I get in at 2 AM, which I kept stating to your staff, they said just call us when you get to door number seven or 15 and we will come and get you no one showed up. I called the number and they said we do not have anyone to assist you so I had to find another way to get to my hotel before check in ended.
Also, if I am on the fourth floor, why should I have to go to...

"Was told when I booked the concierge told me they had available wheel transportation from the hotel to the cruise ship ports .
This was not true and took us 2 hours to find our own .
Would book with embassy suites next time .

"My last stay at the Mariott Courtyard Dolphin Mall was in 2017 and it was quite pleasant. Fast forward 9 years later… the property leaves a lot to be desired and I will not personally choose this hotel again unless upgrades are made to the security and room. Now there are a lot more hotel options!
