"The property and rooms were filthy. Maid service was nonexistent, even asking several times. Front desk was noncommunicative and not helpful at all. She spent her time on her iPhone instead of tending to customers. The sheets were stained and towels were rough. The soap and shampoo was so watered down that it wasn’t effective. Wall sockets in bathroom didn’t work. Will not stay there again!"

"Hotel was new! Room was very nice, but the stool in bathroom did not work and the staff had know where to move us. Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend."

"The location was within walking distance to several nice restaurants. It was motorcycle friendly,?and the staff were helpful and friendly. I would stay there again."

"Staff were so friendly. This was my second time staying at this hotel. Pool was nice and relaxing. Room overlooked the gondola. Location was walkable to our favorite restaurant, gondola and hiking/biking paths and the ski resort. Loved staying here and will be staying again in the future."

"Very basic room, with microwave and mini-fridge. Very clean. A great value for the price in a very expensive area. I would stay there again. Breakfast was simple but completely adequate."

"Easy walk into town, parks, restaurants, etc. Buses run every 15 mins or so to head up to Steamboat Square."

"Not a full service hotel but they charged for parking. It’s only $12 a day but a complete joke. Parking lot was not even close to full. Needs some work if you’re going to charge for it. No elevator but it’s only a two story hotel. All I have to say is you get what you pay for!"

"Very good location so we could walk all over the town. The front service man was terrific. He gave suggestions about food and activities. We could tell he really enjoyed his job."

"Nice place but the housekeeping/maid service was terrible. They came in twice in 4 nights, and barely cleaned the rooms. Essentially just took out the garbage and replaced towels. They haphazardly threw the sheets on the bed. Couldn’t even make the bed. Also charge $25 for parking when the lot across the street is $10. Strange. Hotel and pool were nice, but it’s those little things that keep you from getting 5 stars."

"The hotel ran out of soap. we had to ask for washcloths (room didnthave any). we bought our own soap and no hot water (showers were lukewarm)."

"Had a super large room but was disappointed with the cleanliness. The shower wouldn’t drain and it was clogged with so much hair and bugs. Thankfully maintenance came quickly to fix it. But even so, we found some bugs throughout and it looked like the bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned."
