It would have been enough to keep me awake if I was a light sleeper. I was taken aback that the property charges a parking fee. I’ve never paid parking for a hotel unless the parking was in a garage. This seems like greed. There was only one person working the bar/cafe/dining area. "

"One of the best experiences that I’ve had with a hotel, they let us check in early after I had surgery. It was extremely modern clean and professional people were so gracious and nice even at the breakfast morning before we left. If I can give them 20 stars I would your front office Staff the gentleman working the breakfast the cleanliness everything was top-notch thank you so much and if I go to Birmingham, you’re my first choice. ! What a wonderful crew you have."

"Completely unacceptable hotel. Doors wouldn’t close, were broken off hinges, straight razor fell on my wife when she tried to close it, no outlets worked and (with zero notice) the place was under construction. Never had a worse experience. Genuinely expect a refund"

"Staff is excellent at the Birmingham Drury Inn. I interacted with at least six staff during my stay and all were friendly and professional. Anna particularly helped me by providing a room near the lobby which was a big help as I was recovering from recent surgery."

"Nice hotel overall. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean room. Breakfast had several options available. Parking is an additional daily charge in a parking garage next to the hotel. My only complaint was the elevator issues. Only one was working and the hotel was full so this made getting up to our rooms difficult (we were on the 6th -top floor). We heard from staff the elevator issue had been an ongoing problem for several months and at times both elevators were down. Glad that was not the case...
