"事前にオーナーさんに連絡しておかないと、スムーズにチェックインできませんが、連絡がついたらとても親切に助けてくれます。
部屋も新しくて綺麗でセンスも良く、周りの環境も大変良いので、非常に快適なステイでした。個人的には、1日8ドルかかりますが同じGalleriaに筋トレジムがあったのが、とても便利でした。"

"In general, it was fine.
However, the cutlery was very dirty, so I couldn't use it, and the electric kettle was broken.
The bedding or towels didn't smell, but they weren't clean either.
If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit.
Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast.
Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient."

"the room in tower A was nice and new feeling. not being able to use the pool without a fee didnt feel right. the check in process is slow and confusing. expedia should list the host number or make it easier to find the right number. the extra fees are annoying. i did like dons restaurant in the building. had to catch a cab to go anywhere nothing to see nearby but a little kids rides and games. cant get over having the police randomly showing up to the room asking for visas because the...

"The apartment and description differs significantly from the listed. It clearly says 2 king beds and the truth is the second bed is much smaller and the room is tight (can't open a suitcase on the floor).
The bathroom shows bathtub and there wasn't any. The photos show a beautiful balcony view and indeed faces completely another bulding. The listing mentions swimming pool but they won't grant access to the pool. The apartment is poorly equiped and not entirely clean, you should expect hair from...

"This place was just an okay stay. For the price I expected to have pool access, this was extremely disappointing when there a pool on the 5th floor. The check in process was difficult because they don’t know who you are and have to wait for communication via text. The lobby security are rude and has no courtesy. I would never recommend this place. It’s only good bc it’s new."
