"What a deceptively lovely place to stay. The exterior hides the warmth and friendliness inside. Beautifully up to date and simply designed interior. Easy to navigate and super clean. Access to the rooms can be up the fire escape stairs from the rear car park, best for us, or through the bar. And we took advantage of the cutlery and plates offered for our takeaway. Brilliant! "Rooms are basic some hotel/travel web pages states a pool. NO pool usable. Been out of order months . Hotel a little edgy.... Some rooms need a good deep clean. Can't see threw room windows for dirt. A couple of us stayed a few nights only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel to share for 2!! Iron and trouser press don't work. Hot water is never Hot At moment only continental breakfast or pot noodles or crisps . Hotel is mainly used for councils homeless and domestic violence victims....
