From the outset the customer service was excellent. Lovely room with great view across to the water. Restaurant staff were so friendly and again the service was excellent. Handy location
Very handy for both station and town centre, a few mins walk of each. Quiet and comfortable room with very soft bed. Breakfast was good apart from those nasty watery scrambled eggs (powdered?). Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a slight but noticeable unpleasant smell (sewage?) ...
