"Used to be one of my favourite hotels but the standard of cleanliness has dropped unfortunately. The shower is awkward to use and the towels are too small and whilst I like the efficiency of the self check in machines, it takes away from the quality of customer service I knew one hundred to have. Overall a relaxing vibe but just not the same standard I was used to."

"Great hotel in a fantastic location with very helpful and friendly staff. The only downside was the air conditioning did not work. Target temperature was 15c but the room temperature was. 27c. They did provide a Dyson fan which helped, but the hotel should not be advertised as having air conditioning."
"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing.
The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."
