"This is listed as a 4-star establishment but I couldn’t disagree more. The room smelled like mildew and it’s no wonder with a leaking sink in the bathroom- we had to pile towels under it every time we used it to catch all the water and when we mentioned it to the front desk they said they already knew about it. "Great property in the middle of Chelsea near all kinds of things and transportation. Great service even without a concierge at a desk. I had early check in but I did have to leave the first room because it was not a nice room. It was clean but awkward and the window opened to a half-underground cleaning/machine situation, window didn’t lock, bathroom tiles coming off, etc. anyway I contacted Numa on WhatsApp and they resolved it immediately, moved me to a good room.
