"Such a beautiful 6-day stay at Sanna Ubud. We dined at the restaurant every day, food was always delicious. Butler service was a major plus. On the last day I got ill with a stomach bug and the butler went out of his way to get me a product I needed from the pharmacy and deliver tea to my room. The service at this hotel is unbeatable. Our room was also beautiful with a view of the valley, our pool was a good temperature and clean so we went swimming daily. The hotel staff keep the property in impeccable shape. We never saw a mosquito and the room was kept very clean. We also used the gym on several occasions, small but enough equipment to get a workout in. They do have a shuttle that goes to Ubud, it’s important to inform the hotel of your plans so they can arrange transport. Laundry service was great, the activities as well. We loved the guide who brought us to the rice fields for a walk, and also the yoga class. We attended the offering activity however it ended up being not even a 5 minute activity. The spa was also a treat! We took a 90-minute balinese massage and it was phenomenal. So relaxing!! If you are looking for paradise, views of the wilderness, great food, and friendly staff, look no further! We will definitely return to this hotel!"

"We had a pleasant stay overall. The highlight of this hotel was definitely the staff—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. The breakfast was excellent, with a semi-buffet setup offering a great selection of fresh and delicious food. It was one of the best parts of our stay. We booked a private pool with a valley view, but it wasn't really the valley view we were expecting. Also, while the room is marketed as having a private pool, it isn't completely private. There are rooms directly above, and we could hear guests making noise at night, so keep that in mind if you're looking for a quiet, secluded experience. Another thing to be aware of is the location. The hotel is quite far from Ubud Center, so you'll need transportation if you plan to explore the area frequently. Overall, the outstanding staff and excellent breakfast were the highlights of our stay. However, the limited valley view, the lack of privacy in the pool villa, and the distance from Ubud Center are all worth considering before booking."

"I stayed at Utopia Concept in Bali for around three days in Villa 10 and had a fantastic experience. The villa was modern, stylish and very comfortable, with a private pool and beautiful views that made the stay feel extra special. The room had some great touches, including a Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and an impressive double shower. Everything felt well designed and thoughtfully equipped. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend Utopia Concept to anyone looking for a modern and relaxing villa experience in Bali."

"Always an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious rooms, extremely helpful staff. Great food. And of course the elephant experiences. The hotel had to react to the government disallowing elephant rides, and they added several new experiences. A few things such as the light switches, AC control etc. are a bit aged by now, but that doesn't take away from the overall top rating."

"Beautiful piece of heaven in Northern part of Ubud... although 45 minutes further than the center of Ubud and all the activities and sightseeing but definitely worth the drive. The most beautiful pool in Ubud . Gorgeous property, amazing staff, great restaurants and food options, nightly entertainment. Just amazing."
