I will say that we weren’t expecting much but we were blown away with what a gem this hotel was. Definitely was beyond our expectations. We had a great stay and would certainly think about a return visit. Check in was a simple process with clear information given on restaurant, bar and pool opening times as well as how to access apartment. We did arrive before 3pm and were surprised at being able to checkin early with our all inclusive starting straight away. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly with nothing too much trouble for them throughout our whole stay. Apartment was huge and couldn’t fault the cleanliness. Beds were comfy although it would’ve been nice to have had an extra pillow. Whole site was clean and well maintained, there was always staff about doing something! Food in the restaurant was basic but plenty of choice. Staff again were very friendly and were busy to keep tables clear and food replenished/topped up. This hotel is in a great location for the beach, shops and restaurants, all of which are at the bottom of the hill/slope.

Adequate

Short stay before our villa became available. Check in was slightly disappointing in that the staff member did not give very good directions where the hotel facilities were located. Room was very large but fairly basic. It was very clean. Shower and bathroom facilities worked perfectly adequately. There were not quite enough sun beds available around the pool for the number of rooms and the pool was not heated and very cold for recreational swimming. Why solar panels are not used to heat pools remains a mystery to me. Food was fairly basic with relatively little choice and not as warm as one would wish. Drinks from the bar were good. It was slightly annoying that you need your room key to obtain all inclusive service which meant that all members of a party always needed to be together. Wi fi is expensive.

On a descendu nettement en gamme !!!

C’est mon troisième séjour en 2 ans , mais je suis très déçu de la nourriture et j’ai donc annulé mon prochain séjour initialement prévu en février 2024. La qualité des buffets a touché le fond … plus de show cooking contrairement à l’an dernier ; plats tièdes et monotones, cuisine basique de cantine : c’est lamentable !

Bellissima struttura, appartamento spazioso, molto pulito, cibo buono. Si trova a pochi passi dalla Playa Grande e dalla passeggiata sul lungomare dove ci sono negozi e ristoranti. I ragazzi dello staff sono molto gentili. Tutto perfetto!

Apartamento grande y bien situado

Apartamento grande y sencillo, y muy bien situado con zonas de ambiente próximas. El apartamento está límpio pero con olor a cerrado que no se fue en toda la estacia ni ventilando. Personal de recepción nada simpático, todo lo contrario que en el restaurante donde el personal es muy amable. Las camas muy malas, ni una noche hemos dormido bien, colchones muy usados; los sofás del salón mas duros que el suelo, en resumen muy incómodos. Limpieza cada dos dias y bien. Todas las instalaciones del hotel muy límpias y cuidadas. Wifi de pago y con mala cobertura. NO DISPONE DE AIRE ACONDICIONADO.... y si lo ves un problema te alquilan un ventilador...jejejjejejejeje.... pero cierto.

Great place to stay

Excellent stay from start to finish. Small problem with plumbing but was fixed very quickly. Would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend to others coming to the area as it was clean, friendly staff, great location and a reasonable price!

Very central in Puerto Del Carmen

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Food was ok but just having a breakfast there would be enough. Pool area is way to small for the amount of people staying in the complex. People started queuing pool access at 8.30 to put towels on beds! Which I found very amusing and annoying!

Ottimo lo staff, pessimo l'appartamento

PERSONALE: Molto cordiale e attento alle esigenze, soprattutto in sala, una particolare menzione per Sami, ci ha fatto sentire sempre a nostro agio, nonché rapidissimo ed efficace nel suo lavoro, un dipendente che tutti i datori di lavoro vorrebbero. RISTORAZIONE: Ricordando che siamo all'estero, la qualità è discreta cosi come la varietà, una gran scelta ogni volta. A parte un paio di sere, c'era sempre qualcosa di buono! Inoltre abbiamo apprezzato molto le bibite incluse, tra cui vino e sangria. Bravo allo chef e al manager. CAMERA E PULIZIE: appena entrati, desolazione totale. Già la predisposizione lascia perplessi: camera con finestra che affaccia sul corridoio di passaggio, ovvero la sera mentre dormi ti ritrovi la luce in camera per ognuno che deve rientrare, nonostante la tenda antiluce. Costretto quindi a chiuderla, soprattutto per privacy, per fortuna Lanzarote è fresca di notte. Bagno cieco, con una piccola vasca/doccia che era a dir poco PESSIMA! Un qualcosa di sconcertante. Cucina/salone molto ampio. I letti sono singoli, uno dei materassi era accettabile, l'altro forse era meglio toglierlo e dormire a terra, si sentivano le molle nella schiena! Nonostante l'abbia fatto sostituire 2 volte. Pulizie? Quali pulizie? Lavandino sempre trovato cosi come lo lasciavamo, idem tutto il resto, nemmeno una spazzata a terra in cucina dal momento in cui trovavamo sabbia e capelli. Asciugamani lavate a secco che puzzano di marcio.

Good quality for an economic stay

Place is a bit dated but very clean buffet is not bad but no air conditioners and you can't leave the windows open for security so room was hot but they hire out fans 12 euros few days so not too bad location great amenities all 1 min away and shops restaurant and 2 min from wonderful beach so good overall would stay again
