A nice clean, quiet hotel adults. Only short walk to beach. Delicious food on all sittings, although desserts not a lot of choice and same everyday. Beds were comfy rooms very clean although no coffee in the room and the shower weren't the best. Pool colder than the Antarctic in the winter. Sunbeds in good location. Plenty of umbrellas available. Entertainment staff were great and got everybody involved through the day and the evenings. There is a games room behind the stage but we only found it on the last day. Lots of drink options available in the all-inclusive range. Housekeeping visited everyday and did a great job. Would visit this hotel again

Good: room, staff, food, location, drinks, spa massage/facial treatments, ping pong Not good: no plug for the bath so couldn't use it (sink one did not fit), Spa area was awful - the only thing that worked was the steam room, it was the main reason i booked. The sauna was too cold, the ice machine was broken, the indoor whirlpool couldn't be heated up, Outdoor whirlpool only worked on my first day and did not work again and i reported it twice - again a major reason i booked the hotel. There was another whirlpool but only available to certain black band guests - but given you couldn't sort the common area one you could have offered this to everyone. Lack of snacks between meals Terrible smell coming from sink Pool freezing Wifi poor Some drinks machines in restaurant broken Gym very basic Lights on tables in restaurant were not charged up

Nice adult only hotel within walking distance of bars and restaurants and a lovely beach. If you want a bit more choice hop on the regular bus to Puerto del Carmen. A nice surprise was a bottle of cava as it was my birthday. Would highly recommend and will certainly go back even though we live in the next island.

The staff were superb, especially Jennifer, Maricarmen and ?I think her name was Ellie?; the food was excellent; the hotel was beautifully clean; the rooms were large and comfortable (but the mattress slightly hard); most of the down sides that might have been expected of a smaller hotel such as limited variety of food didn’t actually arise. The only possible negative was that the hotel is located in a residential area, some distance from facilities such as shops etc - but that is a matter of personal preference. Overall this was an extremely enjoyable and modestly priced stay.

Affordable & Cheerful

I was looking all over Europe for a hotel that was by the beach, close to the airport, minimum 4 stars and affordable. I booked it with 3 days notice and as you can imagine in peak summer things get very expensive. This one fits the bill as the reviews seemed positive. I have to look at this review with one mind on the cost of the booking. With that in mind, I must say it was money well spent. Things I enjoyed. Overall very clean, decent facilities, has a spa and a gym (although small and consists of just a bench and weights, but a gym none the less), excellent location very close to the airport it's only 8 minutes away and you're close to the strip of Playa da Carmen and the beach. Nice pool that has unrestricted sun all day. Food is repetitive but overall quite tasty. Things that could be better. All inclusive drinks are very limited and the cocktails will not get you tipsy in the slightest, the alcohol they use is very weak. Also the snacks through the day are mostly limited to some nuts and pickles and every now and then they might put some pizza slices out. The pool is COLD even in peak summer. They also need far more sun loungers as you will struggle to get one if you're not out there before 11am. Entertainment, bless them they try their best but it's super cheesy and naff but I guess there's a charm in that. Overall I can't complain. I did enjoy my stay and it was great value.

Delightful, All inclusive, Adult only hotel

Fabulous, short, all inclusive stay. Hotel is beautifully presented and well furnished throughout. Lots of, indoor, comfortable seating. Outside lots of sunloungers by the pool (disappointingly 'reserved' by towels from early in the morning) however lots of other areas of the hotel have loungers so never a problem getting one. Our room was the classic twin (wish they could find away of fixing the twin beds together) separate bedroom, sofa bed, and shower over bath. Lots of storeage and overall nice and spacious. Food was excellent, different, country based, theme every night. Good quality food, with lots of choice and friendly and happy staff. As well as breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant, limited amount of snacks available in bar area. Definately consider staying again

Truly not 4 star think before Booking

Defiantly would not stay again, Hotel lacked sufficient staff, only a mini bar 1 person ran the bar and reception,, No pool bar or snack bar, unless a tray of left over pastries from breakfast count and a self serve drinks machine? No second pool as advertised unless the small foot wash paddling pool counts less than 1.5m diameter. Reception staff rude and unprofessional. Entertainment was poor. Evenings entertainment was made up by the disgruntled guests forming their own groups which turned out to make a good thing out of a bad job. The hotel is no way a 4 star at best a good 2.5 star. Ok if you are looking for a cheap and cheerful break. I know a lot of people complained about the food as being repetitive but that is AI for you. Simon & Helen Lincolnshire

Me gustó la comida,aunque no excesiva la variedad, estaba muy bien cocinada. Y por las noches es tematica,muy bien. Lo peor,por las tardes/noches había una chica de habla inglesa en la barra del bar,no entendia nada de español,no me parece bien que en tu pais no puedas hablar en tu idioma,tengas que dirigirte en inglés con ella,por ejemplo,pedimos un gin tonic y nos servia una cerveza,es un hotel en que si hablas en ingles no hay problema,pero para españoles no. La recepcionista de la tarde también hablaba solo en inglés .

Excellent location - 5 mins to the beach Friendly staff - chef was friendly, peter the entertainment guy was lovely and made great suggestions on what to do Entertainment was good - karaoke, magic show and aqua fit Christmas dinner was absolutely delicious although the food on other days was disappointing All inclusive drinks included baileys and ice cocktails - very nice Bad points Beds - twin beds in all rooms which split apart - my baby kept falling through the gap. Was uncomfortable to sleep on 10 euro deposit for everything including remote control and extra key card Food was average at best - egg shells in scrambled egg. Too much fish not much choice of meats Food needs more seasoning and flavour

Vriendelijk personeel, familiale sfeer door de beperkte schaal, zeer rustig en aangenaam in december. De all-inclusive biedt een zeer ruim buffet met dagelijkse variaties. Handdoeken worden officieel 2dagelijks ververst maar in ond geval gebeurde dat dagelijks. De bedden waren zeer ruim maar wel wat hard. Lichte lawaaihinder van de feestzaal na 23u op sommige dagen.Lichte geur van vochtigheid in kamer door gebrekkige ventilatie.

Bij aankomst heel gastvrij ontvangen en bij vertrek zelfs uitgezwaaid! Ruime keuze aan eten en drinken en van goede kwaliteit. Kamers en faciliteiten ruim en schoon! Straat uitlopen en je staat op het strand👍

Struttura moderna e ben tenuta, personale disponibile e gentilissimo,ottima pulizia sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni. Probabilmente in futuro sarò nuovamente ospite di questa struttura. Una citazione particolare x lo chef "Pepe", x le ragazze Pilar e Asmara senza dimenticare il gioviale ragazzo al bar ed il fantasioso animatore.in conclusione un bravo a tutti.
