Fab apartment, great size, stayed in a 2 bed apartment. Pool at the doorstep, not too busy but busy enough. staff could not of been any more helpful, any more friendly and just made it a fabulous stay Only issue was the Aircon- they even came to clean the Aircon filters on day 1 as it was stifling, but I’m guessing they are just old Aircon units as it didn’t make any difference once they were cleaned. Apart from that it was tip top A****, highly recommend

Great apartment, well located

Spacious well equipped apartment. Supermarket within easy walking distance. Pool area great. On a steep hill but entrances to property allow step access instead of the hill. Staff at reception excellent, really helpful at all times. Only downside is the smell of the drains but that seems to be prevalent in most resorts.

Staff were lovely , property well kept and in and really good location . Views from pool across sea were amazing . Breakfast was basic but good . My only criticism would be that our balcony looked at a white wall and had no sun all day and was beside the laundry station . This was fine for us as we weren’t in the room much but if your holiday is based around sitting on your balcony you may be disappointed and this may be the case for many rooms in this property . There are rooms that are bookable with sea view but there were none available when we booked

Great location

Love this hotel, apartment is comfortable, modern and contains all you need. Lovely big king size bed. Pool area is heaven, so peaceful and wonderful view's. Only drawbacks were, our room was next to the street, and theres alot of noise often from the recycling bottles banks. In 4 days, cleaning only happened once. They changed the towels, made the bed, but didn't actually do any cleaning The location is great for old and new town and we probably wouldn't stay anywhere else other than here next time we come puerto del carmen.

Nice hotel BUT

We stayed for a couple of nights on New Year's Eve and the hotel is fine, clean with friendly staff, with 3 separate areas with loads of sun beds to sit and enjoy the sun. We didn't eat here as a couple of minutes down the hill are all the restaurants and bars where two breakfasts were €17, it's a perfect location but it's situated on heart attack hill if you know the area. Our apartment was fine clean and modern with loads of room BUT it was 100 yards down the steepest hill in PDC, holding onto the cases was a major obstacle then lifting them up 3 flights of stairs was really hard work. There's no lifts at all. Ensure you get a pool side room or you're in for a tricky ride. But in leaving you had the final kick in the minerals of pushing your cases up to reception to check out. There is a luggage room to store your cases while we spent the day by the pool before our taxi over to Playa Blanca. Overall a very nice hotel in a great location for the main strip.

Amazing stay

Fantastic stay at the Kontiki Beach Apartments. Clean, modern and stylish with all the amenities you require for a self catering stay. Staff were friendly and resort cleaned to the highest standards. Welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch. Pool and sun loungers were fab and very comfy! Overall amazing stay and would definitely come back!

Great Location

Great place to stay spotless really nice rooms and the pool was great comfort is great on the sunbeds. In all it was a great experience. Receptionist was lovely as was the pool staff and cleaning staff. Great location inbetween new and old town. We had a great stay and will return again.

Amazing hotel

Lovely 10 days spent at this hotel. Helpful hard working staff who do everything to look after you, nothing is a problem. Fantastic breakfasts (inc cooked to order bacon and eggs), stunning pool, no problem getting a sunbed which are so comfy! Hill outside is steep but short, so no problem for us. The location is perfect, great views of the sea from the room as well as the pool. Our one bedroom apartment with sea view was just as expected with lovely view (see pic). Everything is kept so clean and tidy. Would 100% recommend and stay here again. Thanks to the whole team for making out stay perfect.

Was an ok stay but I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Our balcony door leaked the first night and we had to use a towel to block the rain. We also couldn't leave food open on the kitchen counter as there were loads of ants which got into anything we left on the side. We could also hear everything going on in the apartment next door. Please also note that WiFi access is not included and you are charged an additional fee if you want to use WiFi.

Great location, well looked after complex. We were allocated room 3113 , after first night we asked to be moved. We were disturbed with the side gate to premises , people coming and going. Also the road noise/bins/roadworks and cleaners cupboards next to bedroom. Unfortunately the lady was not interested in listening and unhelpful. She said there were no rooms, I went online tried to book another room and it showed availability. So we were disappointed.
