"This is a huge old house which has been converted into a hotel in a nice suburb of Dublin, 20/30 mins from city centre depending on transport and traffic. No amenities on site but the rooms are modern and comfortable and I have stayed there many times without any complaints. "

"The only downfall was at times we were unable to enjoy the swimming pool as when more than 3 people in big pool it is classed as busy and kids not able to go into big pool. With the breakfasts they ran out of croissants and waffles. The last 2 days of our stay kids were unable to get croissants and last day they ran out of waffles. The breakfasts are lovely and very tasty but unfortunately this is our second time staying at this hotel and both times they have ran out of stock for breakfast....

"Perfect hotel in a nice area outside of the city centre. The bus stop was conveniently right outside. Staff were helpful, rooms were clean, and the hotel itself was nice and peaceful. Pretty cheap for how nice it was. "

"Don't justify the price. The two entrance rooms are the staging for the photos, the rest of the hotel is good, not fabulous. The price is for a high standard. Breakfast is cooked at the moment but really grease. "

"Parking onsite was great. Lift was broken, which was unfortunate, but helped get our steps in. Location is pretty far from city center, need to taxi in. Penthouse beds were not King size as stated on website (unless the US has their own version of King size beds, they were probably a Queen). Well supplied and good value for cost. "

"Very basic standard, felt like a Premier Inn. No extra pillows, no shower caps & had to call maintenance to fix the TV"

"Clean room, good restaurant, free parking. The hotel was under construction when we stayed and our room 232 was directly in front of it. Very noisy on Friday morning especially since we realized our room windows were slightly open at the top. Convenient location to airport. "
