"This is a nice hotel in a nice area. The good choice of restaurants on the street are a plus. The rooms are clean and well presented, although the view was of the carpark and there are some maintenance issues like the slow draining sink which needs looking into. The reception staff were pleasant but didn’t give us any further information other than our room number. A huge disappointment though is how housekeeping do not stand by the hotels eco friendly practices - towels which are left hanging...

"Good standard hotel with period features, lovely gardens and very helpful staff. Placed between city centre and Wicklow hills it is a good base for seeing both and an easy walk to UCD. Parking is plentiful and the 6 new EV chargers in underground car park are a plus. Rooms are a little dated in terms of equipment but furniture is recent. Beds very comfortable . Sound proofing between rooms is not great. Overall good vfm in a very expensive city."

"Glashaus disappoints because of its location and overall setup. It doesn't "feel" like a hotel, it feels like an office. The map app will give you a notice that you have arrived and you are literally next to a running trolley with no ability to stop. We parked in a paid lot and had to walk across the trolley to find the entrance to the hotel which was around the corner. "We loved our stay at the Hilton Dublin. A beautiful hotel that felt very safe and secure with excellent, helpful staff. It’s just a 20 minute walk to the core of Dublin. We had breakfast one morning which offered a good selection. We also used the parking garage which was easy to navigate. We absolutely would stay here again."
