"We were given a great room with a great view! The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very comfortable and clean. The pool area was nice although we didn’t go swimming.. location was very close to a lot of activities and stores and restaurants and we had a great time. Highly recommend it."

"I've been coming to Savannah for years but this was my first stay at the Hyatt. It's in a perfect location for all the fun Savannah has to offer, but surprisingly seems quiet inside. Very clean rooms and hotel, comfortable beds, Staff are welcoming and helpful. Pay extra for the river view room so you can watch the cargo ships!"

"The breakfast staff was wonderful! But the room we stayed in smelled horrible!! It was the worst dog urine smell ever!!! They need to take 606 out of commission, and deep clean the floors, carpet and drapes! If you are going to allow animals at your property have the appropriate cleaning supplies to rid the rooms of their odor!"

"Overall, the stay was good. I just notice little things like the air vent in the bathroom needed cleaning, along with the ledge that's in front of the windows and curtains needs painting. Room service was good. Again, as far as if I would stay at the Planters Inn again, I would at this point have to think about it. "Our Innkeeper went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful and the free happy hours were a nice touch. It’s located right in the heart of Savannah making it easy to get around and explore the city."

"The INN is charming and clean. The parking was very challenging with limited parking in close vicinity to the INN. If you were lucky enough to find a spot you needed to take numerous UBERS to get around, lest you would lose your spot. Breakfast was adequate but food items were not made from scratch. TV had outdated and hard to use remote. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially DeeDee."
