"Staffs, Service and clean. The room really some help.. it’s old, one side of the bed was sagging, aircon was falling apart and very noisy had to leave it off most of the time plus bath tub state was questionable."

"Good location."

"The service was excellent. Staff extremely helpful. And best of all the mall next door had everything you could want from clothes to restaurants."

"Staffs are good."

"The room was clean, the staff were outstanding, amenities were good. Everything was great, would've been perfect if the toilet had a toilet seat. I will stay again next year."

"Very good service, staff are very helpful. I will definitely book again."

"Things are generally clean except that I found a small dead cockroach under the percolator. Also, there’s a rather discomforting smell inside the room as soon as I got in. Same smell as in the restaurant on the 6th floor. Overall, I think my stay is worth the value I paid for."
