The smell in the room was horrendous. My poor daughter even found an ant on her pillow. To top it off my toilet was clogged and the water came out and we went downstairs to notify them since we kept calling and no one would pick up. "You expect quaint. You get unsafe, unsanitary and rudeness. You realize from the check-in through a tiny gated slot that this is not going well. You climb the rickety stairs up and follow the uneven hallway down to the room and use your old fashioned door key to enter. Inside the room is extremely outdated, mismatched, and smells of old Chinese food. The sheets are stained. There is no AC in the Florida summer. There are wire hangars in the open closets.
