"We had a great and enjoyable stay at Golden Bay Galapagos. The room was meticulously cleaned with very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as you can walk to everything, restaurants, beaches and entertainment. They have the best cocktails in Galapagos. Look for those freshly made pizzas in the evening. "The hotel is located across the street from a space used for concerts, there was a massive concert that went from 7pm to 4am, which is part of an annual celebration. This was never communicated to us and the sound was unbearable, my kids and I had to look for an alternative lodging because they couldn’t sleep. "Literally a 5 min walk to Playa Mann and the center of the boardwalk so very convenient location. The owner was very nice and let me use the kitchen and let me know when she was going out. The value was very good. There was good water pressure and lots of hot water but near the end of my stay there seemed to be an issue with the water but couldn't quite understand with my lack of Spanish. Overall a good stay."
