I like the place was very clean, the receptionist was very nice and she explain every thing . the building is close to many things like food , grocery, farmacia. And We really enjoy the Domy donuts and Vietnamese soup plus we feel safe there

This recent experience was much better than my previous one. Reserved a room for my parents and my daughter. Not sure if the blankets provided were washed, but they were not thick enough for the cold weather. Despite that everything else was a very good one.

BE A LOCAL

Very nice apartment in a small down between Tijuana and Playas de Tijuana. Restaurants and many food stands, bakeries and grocery stores all in walking distance. Coffee shop and donut shop in the same strip mall.Great area away from tourist traps.

I loved our stay here, they were very attentive, I did arrive late to the property however they were still able to help me out with checking in. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Everything was clean with a lot of amenities.

The good thing about this property is it was central to many places. Staff was very friendly. Check-in was even expedited. The downside to it: The room was very warm and stuffy. They only provide you with a fan, which makes it feel more humid. We had big ol' American roaches and I had my baby's play-pen in the room (HUGE concern). Bathroom sink was in the room but was in pretty bad shape is it was leaking water after we used it. Water pressure was horrible. Showering was tough! Very sad I encountered more negatives than positives, because I would have loved to come back and stay again.

Discourteous Personnel

Checking in service was awful to say the least. The lady that opened the door was very impolite, she seemed rushed. I had just had surgery and could barely walk and yet she did not offer me any help with luggage. Very inhumane.

Hotel review

The staff was great. On Monday we had a leaky sink as soon as we checked in. Allegedly someone fixed it while we went shopping. Tuesday the sink broke so they moved us to another room. That sink also broke and the hotel had a plumber come and fix it in a few hours. We also had some issues with the refrigerator. It went out on us friday night Saturday morning. On Saturday evening we came back from Rosarito and notice our toilet would not flush. My girlfriend called and whoever she spoke with was going to have someone look at it. No one came out but I was able to fix it. The managers knew we had issues. They were nice the room was nice but this was frustrating to deal with.

This place was really clean and it appears that it was recently remodeled. The little coffee shop next door is wonderful! However, it was hard to find and the check in was a little strange. You ring a door bell and wait for someone to come check you in. When they don't show up there is a number to call. It seems they are trying to head this off by contacting you before you show up to get a check in time so that they are ready for you. There were no clear instructions on checkout and when I rang the bell and called the numbers I had, I got no response. So I just left the keys locked in the room. I hope this was OK since I have not heard anything from them.

Diamond in the rough!

It’s a diamond in the rough the neighborhood is so so it’s in a commercial area and the outer buildings and where it’s located is OK but not really nice. Once you walk in the lobby and you go to the rooms there are really nice they’re very up-to-date the furniture and everything about the rooms are really nice, we enjoyed our stay we were able to park our vehicle inside the parking lot where the commercial businesses are at and we had no problem with break ins or nothing of that sort.

Nice Apartment, area and parking lot BIG Problem.

The Hotel is in very good condition, however the area is not very good and parking is a nightmare, you have to wait for a very long time to find a spot and locals told me to not park on the streets as there is a good chance the car will get broken into. I also recommend to follow the instructions on how to acquire the keys as there is no front desk, I actually left the keys inside the apartment and locked the door whe I left.

I did not know I had to contact the hotel in advance in order to arrange for entrance to the building. When I couldn’t find the hotel I attempted to contact the hotel then (around 8:00pm). When I dialed the number provided in the booking email confirmation it was an 1-800 number that did not work when dialed outside the US. I had to seek different hotel on the spur of the moment.
